Your home/building will be hand drawn and hand painted using ink pens and watercolour paint onto high quality cold pressed, acid free 300gsm watercolour paper.

You can add a mount to your painting for £3.
First class Royal Mail postage and packaging is free within the SS6 postcode area.
First class Royal Mail Signed for delivery, within the UK, is £5.
Once you have placed your order, I will respond to you via email.
I kindly ask for a 50% deposit to hold your space in my calendar and start your painting.
On completion of the work, I will send you a preview to ensure that you are happy with everything.
Please look out for your PayPal invoice via email.
Once I have received the remaining balance, it will be securely packaged and on it’s way to you.
Commissions are expected to take 2-3 weeks after ordering.
